What we build
Software built around how your business actually runs.
Client portals, booking systems, dashboards, and internal tools: custom software that replaces the spreadsheets and workarounds your team fights every day, and gives you back 20+ hours a week.
Your business runs on workarounds
Every one of these is a real scenario from our intake calls. You don't have a people problem. You have a systems problem.
- 01
The inbox is the system
“What's my invoice?” “When's my delivery?” “Can I update my order?” A customer-service team can lose 25 hours a week answering questions a portal would answer itself.
- 02
The calendar is shared, and wrong
Eight technicians, fifty appointments a week, one shared Google Calendar. Double-bookings, no availability visibility, and customers calling to ask when someone's coming.
- 03
The inventory lives in Excel
Two thousand SKUs across three warehouses, reconciled by hand for twelve hours a week, and the count is wrong again by Friday.
- 04
The project is everywhere
Status in email, files in Drive, tasks in Trello, decisions in Slack. Clients ask how it's going because nothing they can open actually knows.
- 05
The report is already stale
Paper forms, typed into a spreadsheet, summarized for a board meeting, with data that was two to four weeks old before anyone saw it.
All of it, in one system
Not software you adapt to. Software adapted to you. Here's the after for the three problems we're asked about most.
Two hundred clients, and every question about an invoice, delivery, or order becomes an email your team has to chase down across three systems.
With UpforgeClients log in and answer their own questions: live order status, invoices, payments, support tickets, wired into the accounting and shipping tools you already run.
The inbox goes quiet. The service team does service again.
Dispatch juggles a shared calendar that double-books crews, and customers call the office because nobody told them the afternoon slot moved.
With UpforgeOne scheduler that knows every tech's availability and skills, lets customers book themselves, sends the reminders, and puts the day's route on each crew's phone.
A calendar that can't double-book, and a truck that never waits on the office.
Stock levels live in a spreadsheet that's right on Monday and fiction by Friday, so you over-order some SKUs and stock out of the ones that sell.
With UpforgeBarcode scanning at the dock, live counts across every warehouse, reorder alerts before you run dry, and a dashboard that knows your inventory's worth to the dollar.
Counts that update themselves, and buying decisions made on numbers, not memory.
The six builds we're asked for most
Real scope and real ranges. The measured results live on our work page, and a fixed price comes out of discovery.

In their pocket
Most businesses asking for a mobile app don't need two native codebases and a week of App Store review every time a button changes. They need their software in their team's pocket: the schedule, the job, the customer, the payment. We build installable progressive web apps that look and feel native, work offline, and update the moment we ship. This site is one: add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
- Installable home-screen apps, no app store required
- Offline-first tools for field crews and spotty signal
- Push notifications for jobs, bookings, and payments
- Camera, GPS, and barcode scanning from the browser
- Instant updates, no App Store review cycle
- One codebase for iPhone, Android, and desktop
Questions people ask
Do we own the software when it's done?
Yes, 100%. An application build gets its own backend, and you own the whole thing: every line of code we write, the database, the infrastructure setup, your designs, your content, and your data. It's yours the day it launches, with no licensing fees and no platform we can hold over you.
Can it work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We've connected custom software to hundreds of different tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, and older in-house systems. During discovery we look at what you already use, confirm what needs to connect, and test it.
What if we want to add features later?
We encourage it. About 85% of clients ask for new features within 6 to 12 months, not because anything is broken, but because they see new opportunities once the software is running. Because we built it, we can add to it quickly.
