Home services

HVAC, lawn care, plumbing, electrical, remodeling. The office and the trucks, on one screen.

Most home-service companies run on a shared calendar, a group text, and one person who knows where everybody is. It works until the fifth truck. Then jobs get double-booked, quotes sit in someone's inbox, and customers call to ask when the tech is coming.

These two apps are the smallest useful version of the fix. Run your day on the board, price the work in the quote builder, and see what a system built around your business would feel like.

The workarounds we replace

Every one of these is a real scenario from an intake call.

The calendar is shared, and wrong

Eight technicians, fifty appointments a week, one Google Calendar. Nobody can see availability, so dispatch guesses.

Quotes live in a notes app

Prices get typed from memory on a phone, and the margin on the job is whatever's left.

The customer calls to ask

No reminder went out, no window was promised, so the office spends the morning on the phone.

What the full build adds

Scheduling & resource management: typically $22–35K, 10–14 weeks. Fixed price after discovery.

  • Customer self-booking. Customers pick a real window from live availability, so the phone stops ringing.
  • Auto-assignment. Jobs route to the right tech by skill, location, and who's actually free.
  • Texts that go out by themselves. Reminders the day before and an on-the-way text when the truck leaves.
  • A crew app in the truck. The day's route, customer notes, photos, and check-ins, working offline.
  • Paid the same day. Deposits on the quote, payment on site, invoices the moment the job closes.
  • QuickBooks sync. Every invoice and payment lands in the books without retyping.

Questions people ask

What kind of software do you build for home service companies?

Dispatch and scheduling, quoting and bidding, crew apps for the field, customer portals, and the invoicing that connects them. Everything's custom, so it fits how your company actually runs instead of forcing your crews into someone else's workflow.

How is this different from ServiceTitan or Jobber?

Those are rented. You pay per user forever, you adapt to their workflow, and you never own the data or the code. A custom build costs more up front, then it's yours: no seat fees, your process, your data, and features nobody else has.

Is the dispatch board free to use?

Yes. It's free, there's no account, and nothing you type leaves your browser. It's here so you can feel what a scheduling system built around your crews would be like before you talk to us.

Can I print or send a quote from the quote builder?

You can print any quote, or save it as a PDF from the print dialog. Sending by email or text, collecting a deposit, and turning the quote into a scheduled job are part of the full build.
