Four steps, each with something you can open and react to. Scroll through them: the wireframe on the right becomes the product.
The four steps
STEP 011–2 weeks
Discovery & workflow mapping
We immerse ourselves in how your business actually runs: stakeholder interviews, workflow documentation, and the pain points worth automating. You get a complete specification before any development starts.

Workflow documentation
Database schema design
Fixed-price statement of work
STEP 022–3 weeks
Design & user experience
Wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in your brand, with an interactive prototype you can click through before a line of code exists. Accessibility is built in from day one.
User flow diagrams
Interactive prototype
Mobile-responsive designs

STEP 036–12 weeks
Development & testing
We build on a private test site where you can try the software daily. Weekly demos keep you in the loop, and a security audit runs before anything goes live.

Weekly demos the whole way. You never wait to see it.
You get a private test site that updates as we build, so you can try the software daily instead of waiting for a reveal. A weekly demo walks through what changed and what's next. If a priority shifts, we hear it that week, not at launch.

Questions people ask
What if we aren't sure exactly what we need yet?
That's normal, and it's exactly why we start with a discovery phase. We sit down with you, map how your business runs today, talk to the people who will use the software, and sort out what matters most. If you're unsure about parts of it, we recommend building the core first, launching it, and then adding to it based on how your team actually uses it.
What happens if our needs change mid-project?
Small adjustments along the way are included. Larger changes, like adding a whole new capability such as payment processing, get written down, priced clearly, and worked into the timeline so there aren't any surprises. You see progress every week, so if priorities shift we adapt early.
Where does our software and data live?
Wherever you want it. We recommend managed hosting for simplicity and reliability, and we handle setup and ongoing monitoring for you. If your business or industry requires you to keep data on your own servers or a specific cloud provider, we can do that too.
