The maintenance log is a free work-order tracker for rental properties. Record a request against a unit with the issue, category, and priority, assign it to a vendor, and move it from open to scheduled to done with the final cost. The summary shows what's open, what's urgent, and how long requests are taking.
Saved in this browser only. In the full build, tenants submit requests with photos from their phone, vendors get a text with the job, and the cost flows to the owner statement automatically.

Can tenants submit maintenance requests here?
This version is for the manager's side only. The full build gives tenants a portal to submit requests with photos, track status, and get notified when the vendor is scheduled.
Does the maintenance log connect to accounting?
Not the free version. The full build pushes vendor costs to owner statements and to QuickBooks, so month end stops being a spreadsheet exercise.
