The capacity tracker is a free tool for event and tourism businesses: cruise lines, tournaments, classes, tours, and fundraisers. Add an event with its date, capacity, and ticket price, record sales as they come in, and watch the fill bar and revenue update. The summary shows upcoming events, seats left, and revenue booked.
Saved in this browser only. The full build sells the tickets itself with a checkout that can't oversell, runs a waitlist when an event fills, and sends the confirmations and reminders. That's how a riverboat client of ours went from a near-shutdown to cruises selling out.

Can I sell tickets with the capacity tracker?
Not the free version, which tracks what you sell elsewhere. The full build includes online ticketing with capacity-safe checkout, so two buyers can't take the last seat, plus waitlists and automatic confirmations.
