Bidding a Lawn From Space, and Invoicing the Day It's Cut
4M Lawn Care ran a commercial route on manual invoicing and a drive to every property to produce an estimate. We replaced all of it with one system: paste an address and it measures the property from county parcel data and satellite imagery to produce a price, bundles estimates into a client proposal, converts an accepted proposal into a billing account, sequences the day into an optimized drive order, and invoices each cut the day it happens.

From Spreadsheets to a Portfolio Command Center
VSF Consulting Services manages construction and renovation projects across a portfolio of properties for its client organizations. That work lived in spreadsheets, then in a single-computer prototype that stored everything in one browser. We were brought in to take the concept the whole way: a secure multi-tenant application where properties, contractors, vendors, projects, schedules, quotes, and an itemized cost ledger all roll up into budget, forecast, and cash-needs reporting, with AI reading contractor quotes and invoices as they arrive.

The Platform We Built Because We Kept Rebuilding the Same Backend
Every client project used to get its own backend: analytics, forms, SEO data, CRM, bookings, all rebuilt from scratch. A tenth of the functionality for three times the development time, on every single project. So we built the platform instead. Sonor is a multi-tenant business system with two NestJS APIs, an AI layer of 246 registered tools, a 45-export npm SDK that connects any Next.js site to it, and a React dashboard where agencies and businesses run analytics, SEO, CRM, forms, commerce, bookings, reputation, and more.

The Closet Designer That Turned a Two-Hour Quote Into Ten Minutes
Celebrity Closet Guys designs and installs custom closets from Organized Living's catalog. Their design work lived inside Organized Living's own dealer software, where turning a customer conversation into a priced, presentable design took about two hours. We built the replacement: a browser-based 3D closet designer with an AI that builds entire rooms from a sentence, dealer-cost pricing the customer never sees, a shareable 3D walkthrough, e-signature, and a Square deposit. Design-to-customer time went from two hours to ten minutes.
